Surprise ce jeudi en Ligue Europa! Le Panathinaïkos d'Athènes a éliminé l'AS Rome, en 16e de finale retour, en s'imposant dans la capitale italienne (2-3), grâce notamment à un doublé de Djibril Cissé. Le tenant du titre, le Shakthar Donetsk, a été éliminé par Fulham, qui affronter la Juventus au tour suivant. Wolfsburg a explosé Villarreal (4-1), tandis qu'Everton s'est écroulé à Lisbonne contre le Sporting (3-0). L'OM et le Losc sont passés et affronteront respectivement Benfica et Liverpool.
